CHEF DE PARTIE 2AAR DERBYSHIRE £18/19K PACKAGE



Charming 18th century hotel with 2AAR set near one of the country's leading restaurants is looking for a chef de partie.



Being so close to such a renowned restaurant you will always be busy.



There are two separate restaurants offering 50 and 30 covers respectively.



The brigade is 7 chefs and at full strength and the management try to operate straight shifts when there is a full brigade.



If, as a chef de partie, you prefer fine dining to functions then this is the place for you as there are rarely any functions.



Salary is set at £16,000 but with low cost live in set at around ?30 per week the package is worth £18k to £19k which is excellent money for a chef de partie outside of major cities, especially on straight shifts
