Customer Services Team Leader required within a market leading recycling and waste to energy business. Based in Dudley, West Midlands offering a salary of £20,500 p.a. plus bonus.


This is a great opportunity to build a career within the customer service contact centre. The ideal Customer Services Team Leader is someone with excellent leadership skills who is able to create, motivate and develop a highly successful team.

You will be articulate and very ambitious, tenacious and thrive a fast paced environment. You will have a "work hard play hard" attitude. Previous leadership experience and the ability to train, coach and mentor is essential to the role. The successful Customer Services Team Leader will be confident, enjoy driving successful teams and very sure that customer service is their first choice.


Responsibilities:

• Spend 60% of your time training, coaching and mentoring.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management in all areas when required.
• Monitor call quality and employ creative solutions for improvements.
• To develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents and to act as the communication conduit between Frontliners and Management.
• Responsible for all HR-related issues affecting team members including conducting appraisals, confirmations, promotions and terminations.
• Have ability to work in a pressurised environment.

• Have proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team of customer service agents.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be target driven.
• A people person, able to work at all levels.
• Be confident, enthusiastic & motivated.
• Have the ability to coach the team, and drive them toward set goals.
• Be organised and able to prioritise work.
• Be articulate & pro-active.
