The position of Assistant Office Administrator has become available in order to cover maternity leave. You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist with all aspects of administration and to process and catalogue samples.
You duties will include, photographing, labelling and recording samples. Providing administrative support to partners and other managers and assisting with the preparation of sample boards for meetings and presentations.
You will need to be fast and accurate with high attention to detail when labelling. Highly organised with strong communication skills and good time management skills.
